4. What should I bring to my appointment?

If you are a social health insurance patient, you should bring your insurance card, your bonus book, and 10 € as charge fee if you need dental treatment.

Private patients also need to bring their ID and their insurance cards to the first appointment.
 

If you would like to have individually-fitted prophylaxis, you should also bring your at-home oral hygiene devices such as tooth brush, dental floss, toothpaste and whatever you use every day.
